SOFTWARE INTERFACES
- Our ACH software works with all commercial banks accepting NACHA formatted files. We integrate the software application with your back-end systems, and we assemble data from different sources such as QuickBooks, Excel files, and SQL servers.
ACH FILE CREATION
- We automate the creation of the ACH files for all your payments, collections, and direct deposits. Transactions with errors are automatically rejected by the system. To speed up the processes, recurring transactions are set-up automatically.
FILE TRANSMISSION
- All the payment, direct deposit or payroll transactions are accurately and securely processed. They are fully formatted in NACHA format, and the files are electronically transmitted in batch. All the ACH files are compatible with your bank.
RECONCILIATIONS
- Batch reconciliations are processed automatically. ACH return files for insufficient funds are resubmitted automatically. Manual intervention is required for other incomplete file transactions rejected by the bank.
REAL-TIME REPORTING
- The software has extensive reporting features and filtered data capabilities. Quickly analyze targeted data and take action. Detailed and summary reports on activity can be exported in the customized formats of your choice.

- Customized e-mails or templates are available to send automatically notifications. You can schedule blasts or individual emails to inform your vendors, customers or employees about incoming transactions.
